How long will my card take to arrive?
Production time is 1-3 working days and then your order is posted first class in the UK (International standard to other destinations). It is sometimes possible to send an item urgently so please ask before ordering if you’re in a hurry.
How do I send a photo for my card?
If you need to send a photo for your personalised card please email it to [email protected]
Will my card be packed safely?
Your hand crafted card will be carefully packed (along with a plain white envelope) in a bio-degradable cello sleeve which is placed in a cardboard-backed envelope (marked DO NOT BEND). The envelope is able to fit in most letterboxes so you don’t need to be home to receive it.
Do you send to other countries?
Currently I send to Wales, England, Scotland, USA, Canada, Australia and New Zealand.
Do you send to Ireland?
Unfortunately due to the new ‘Windsor Framework’ I’m unable to send to Ireland at the current time. If the rules change I will send to Ireland in future.

At Sarah Louise Designs we ask for your data to enable us to complete your order and deliver your selected products, we only send out emails that feature our products and we will NEVER share your data with a third party for commercial gain or marketing.
We do however (on occasion) need to enter your mobile number on to the courier booking system to enable the courier to text and or email you the progress of your parcel via an automated tracking system.
