How long will my card take to make?
<\/strong>Production time is 1-3 working days<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Which delivery services are available?<\/strong>
Orders are posted using Royal Mail 1st class, Tracked 24<\/strong> or Next Day Special Delivery<\/strong> in the UK
and International Standard<\/strong> or International Tracked<\/strong> to the rest of the world. Delivery prices are shown at checkout.. It is often possible to send an item urgently so please ask before ordering if you’re in a hurry.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

How do I send a photo for my card?<\/strong>
If you need to send a photo for your personalised card please email it to enquiries@sarahlouisedesigns.co.uk<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Do you provide proofs?<\/strong>
I don’t supply proofs as the cards are made and sent on the same day – waiting for approval would delay dispatch. Rest assured that the names and other details you provide are copied and pasted directly and not re-typed – so no room for errors!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Will my card be packed safely?<\/strong>
Your hand crafted card will be carefully packed (along with a plain white envelope) in a bio-degradable cello sleeve which is placed in a cardboard-backed envelope (marked DO NOT BEND). The envelope is able to fit in most letterboxes so you don’t need to be home to receive it.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Do you send to other countries?
<\/strong>Currently I send to Wales, England, Scotland, USA, Canada, Australia and New Zealand.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Do you send to Ireland?
<\/strong>Unfortunately due to the new ‘Windsor Framework’ I’m unable to send to Ireland and Europe at the current time. If the rules change I will send to Ireland in future.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
