I will make refunds if in the unlikely event you are sent the wrong item, or if a custom order has been made to the wrong specification. I do not, however, refund for buyer&#8217;s remorse.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><h2>Refunds<\/h2><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><b>Late or missing refunds<\/b><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>If you haven\u2019t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>If you\u2019ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at {email address}.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><h2>Exchanges<\/h2><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Please send us an email (with photos showing the fault) to <meta charset=\"utf-8\">enquiries@sarahlouisedesigns.co.uk  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><h2>Gifts<\/h2><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you\u2019ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return.
