How long will my card take to make?
Production time is 1-3 working days
Which delivery services are available?
Orders are posted using Royal Mail 1st class, Tracked 24 or Next Day Special Delivery in the UK
and International Standard or International Tracked to the rest of the world. Delivery prices are shown at checkout.. It is often possible to send an item urgently so please ask before ordering if you’re in a hurry.
How do I send a photo for my card?
If you need to send a photo for your personalised card please email it to [email protected]
Do you provide proofs?
I don’t supply proofs as the cards are made and sent on the same day – waiting for approval would delay dispatch. Rest assured that the names and other details you provide are copied and pasted directly and not re-typed – so no room for errors!
Will my card be packed safely?
Your hand crafted card will be carefully packed (along with a plain white envelope) in a bio-degradable cello sleeve which is placed in a cardboard-backed envelope (marked DO NOT BEND). The envelope is able to fit in most letterboxes so you don’t need to be home to receive it.
Do you send to other countries?
Currently I send to Wales, England, Scotland, USA, Canada, Australia and New Zealand.
Do you send to Ireland?
Unfortunately due to the new ‘Windsor Framework’ I’m unable to send to Ireland and Europe at the current time. If the rules change I will send to Ireland in future.
